MEMS VOA is a precise and adjustable voltage-driven optical component. The key part of the component is MEMS chip; driving voltage produces electrostatic force to drive the micro-mirror on the chip, then to adjust output optical power. It has excellent features such as compact dimension, low power consumption, fast responding, anti-shock, low WDL as well as low PDL. It is successfully applied in military project. It meets reliability standard of Telcordia 1221. 
MEMS VOA has 2 series: fast responding series and low voltage driving (LOWO) series. Each series has variable models like single wavelength, dual wavelength, and polarization-maintaining. We could also develop and produce other MEMS VOA as customers’ requirement.

Features 
1. The OLAH is a fiber amplifier and power supply integrated in a 1RU&2RU shelf.  Multiple output ports can be chose.
2. The OLAH incorporates electrical control circuitry wit a digital signal  processor and includes photodiodes for monitoring the optical input and output  power through tap couplers. 
3.Double cooling system can protect the pump laser to work in a long time.
4. RJ45 and RS 232 port, SNMP management system.
5. Good stability, VFD displays the working conditions, good trouble alarm system.

Product description
ITU G.652 standard single mode fiber (SMF-28). It has dispersion at 1550nm (C-Band). Dispersion typical data is 17ps/nm·Km. It limits 1550nm optical fiber system transmission distance and bandwidth. 2.5Gb/s optical fiber system, transmission distance>100Km
£¬because of the dispersion influence, it will lead to the high error rate.
