Product Description
F-tone Networks¡¯s OSFP 800G to QSFP-DD 800G AOC is designed for use in 800 Gigabit Ethernet links over 30m.Each end of the AOC module has 8 independent electrical input/output channels operating at 106.25Gbps per channel. Each end of the AOC module consists of two transmitter/receiver units. The transmitter path of the module incorporates a bi-directional PAM4 retimer ASIC integrated with two 4-channel drivers, 8 externally modulated laser. On the receiver path, 8 photodiodes and two 4-channel TIAs are used, along with a PAM4 retimer. The electrical interface of the module is compliant with the 800GAUI-8 interface defined by IEEE 802.3df and compliant with OSFP MSA and QSFP-DD MSA.
